Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:Your submission of a sponsorship purchase request legally binds you to the payment of the associated sponsorship selected and is due and payable immediately. If payment of the sponsorship fee is not received by the NVSAA prior to the sponsored event, you will not be permitted to attend that event. The NVSAA reserves all rights and the full discretion to reject any submitted sponsorship purchase request. You acknowledge that other members/vendors may have first rights of refusal or exclusivity as to a specific sponsorship and that sponsorships may not always be available at the time of request. For these reasons, your submittal of a sponsorship request is not complete until duly approved by the NVSAA.

Attendance Terms and Conditions:Your submission of a registration request legally binds you to the payment of the associated registration fee selected and is due and payable immediately. If payment of the registration fee is not received by the NVSAA prior to the registered event, you will not be permitted to attend that event. The NVSAA reserves all rights and the full discretion to reject any submitted registration request, and your submittal of a registration request is not complete until duly approved by the NVSAA. By submitting a registration request, you acknowledge and agree that all registrants, attendees, and/or guests that appear at the event under your registration will conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner for the duration of the event – and at all times in accordance with the NVSAA’s Code of Conduct. A copy of this Code of Conduct can be obtained at nvsaa.org. A registrant, attendee, and/or guest appearing at the event under your registration who violates this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event immediately without refund; moreover, said registrant, attendee, and/or guest may be prohibited from attendance at future events indefinitely and/or be stripped of its membership with the NVSAA.
