Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by the National Apartment Association and presented by HD Supply where maintenance technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games.

Maintenance Mania® Games*
There are eight events that are standard for all Maintenance Mania® programs. To qualify for Nationals, the competitor must compete in all 8 games (listed above).

* Maintenance Mania® games are subject to change each year. Each competitor will be aware of the game changes prior to the competition.
